Our partner school has completed their energy retrofit. Thanks to all of your donations and support we are about to purchase the solar system equipment. The solar system will supply 100% of the power the school needs to operate and support the neighborhood in emergency situations with battery backups. More updates and pictures to come…

Its been an exciting week at our Caguas EENUM School project as the school began its energy retrofit by ordering new high efficiency appliances, high efficiency ceiling fans and finalizing the LED conversion bulbs for the school!
Here are some of the kids learning about energy consumption and efficiency by recording the current consumption of appliances which are going to be replaced!
This is step one energy retrofit of our goal of solarizing the school and making sure it can stay open after a storm with #solar.
